can any of you switched on cookies help me with noise problem.

Every time i apply brake, there's a knocking noise coming from my front passenger (n/s/f) wheel which knocks on every rotation, i will be changing pads this week but until i have a good look i dont think this will solve the problem...........any thoughts please?

Bishops Finger:
Pads worn down to damage the disc.. or a trapped stone maybe....

mattyme:
possibly a warped disc.... can you feel uneven brake pressure on the pedal or steering wheel?

AngerManagement:
Thanx for replys,

changed pads but noise still there, does any1 think i should change bearing and disc even though disc's looked fine and wheel has no play in it?

By the way,  i've never heard of it called a rotor until now, is that a new thing or am i that naive (stupid)? :?

+ a mate of mine said something about a U-joint......any1 know much on that??????
