Help, bolt jammed solid.(sorted with ease).

If there is good access to both sides of the bolt (one side to work and the other side to pull the bolt out) i would get that nice mr angle grinder to work his magic on it! :twisted:

Yeah....and i'd be posting pics of a melted pile of junk :shock:
If i end up having to grind it off....that means waiting til tuesday to get replacement bolt.

As the brother in-law suggested......I heated the nut for @ 3mins or until plastic in locknut starts to bubble with butane burner.......and hey-presto.....the damn thing came free. 8)
BEST OF ALL.....DIDN@T SET FIRE TO MY 90 :lol:  :lol:

pleased for you when fitting mine I got the nut off no problem but the bolt was not moving even with heat had to take it around local garage where they put the oxy/acet torch on luckily didn't damage the steering box, cost me £40 for a job I thought would take 20 min
