Brake Pipe Fittings
MOTORSPORT_SAFETY:
Hi all
Im off tomorrow to go and buy the brake pipe to do the brakes on the 109 I was going to salvage the fittings from the donor but looking at them there a bit a shabby and id rather not use them to be honest brakes need to be 110% no comprimise at all.
Can anyone tell me what the fitting size is for the following
Servo Mastery Cyl.
Front Flexis
Rear Flexi
Rear T Piece
Rear Cylender
The plan is if they have them to get the fittings why im there but I can always order online if need be I should be able to get the pipe easy enough theres enough motorfactors in the speke area.
All the best guys

i got my flexi pipes from padocks, they might do copper pipe and fittings as well.

Thanks Mark
IF the factors couldnt help was going to go down that road dont want to buy made ones as I have access to the kit to make my own so cheaper to buy the pipe on the roll and the fittings as needed

thats what i ws doing today. i bought the flexys from padocks, they know which ones you need if you give them the model of landy. then bought two coils of pipe and off you go. ive got a big wagon type pipe flairing machine and does a much better job of flairing pipe then the cheap screw type affairs.
make sure you copper grease the fittings, and the bleed nipples, as a couple of years down the line after its been in the mud abit as you will never get them undone.

Thanks Mark
the flexis are not a problem the rear flexi is there its just the copper runs I need to do but I dont know the fixing sizes that I need if I can ill get the fixings at the same time as the coil of pipe from the factors tomorrow just dont know what size fittings I need for the above items or if there the same size.
