While waiting (for what felt like hours) to get into the car park at York District Hospital, I saw this.

Now why the hell would York City Council need such a kitted Landie?

I don't suppose there's much use within Nottingham City Council unless they are armoured  :lol:

I can't see the reason behind having an off road fridge, unless it was for Land Rover shows and in use to keep the beer cold for you drinking types.  :?   :lol:
