Plasma Cutters
Brian the Sn@il:
 my dads got one as well, so if anyone needs a cut or 2 in Norfolk Heel sort it out no problems as hes a 4x4 man :)
Reaper:
I've got one, they are fantastic and would'nt be without it, not the cheapest bit of kit though. I think Machine Mart do "Plasma King" ones ?
Range Rover Blues:
I've been looking at them as they now do one for about £7-800 that will still run off domestic mains and cut about 7mm. I'd get one that runs off a separate compressor, then you have it for other jobs, they start at about £80 for an oiless one. Almost disposable at that money.
RedDisco:
Only thing I was thinking, the ones with the built in compressor would be a bit more portable.

One thing to allow for with that is the power supply. Plasma does like a decent amount of juice; if you are running the cutter and built in compressor from teh same socket it could be pushing it. At least with a seperate compressor you can charge the cylinder seperate to the cutting.
