Childish view seems to be anything you don't agree on. I don't see anything childish about this discussion, it has many good points with discussing the topic.
We are simply discussion the virtues of Landrover World having a front cover with a convoy of 4x4s in a climate of growing anti 4x4.

Thankyou Datalas for the information on Scotland. I ignorantely thought Scotland, rural area, loads of green lanes. When you told me it was more or less illegal I pondered on this and I conclude that vast areas of Scotland are National park land therefore no greenlaning. What a downer. Mind it still must be useful even essential in remote areas to own a 4x4 with the harsh winter environment.

Scottish Law is different to English law, and they simply have *no* rights of way as we understand them.

Which, is liable to make any reactions to pictures taken on them seem a little over the top...  so, in other words, leave Mikee alone, because frankly, having lived in scotland we do appear to be a bunch of moaning minnies over our greenlane rights :D

TBH if we go around going 'OO shock horror its a 4x4 on a lane!@ then we are going to end up in some kind of weird underground situation which will please the Anti just as much. There are plenty of things in the UK that arent actually illegal but people beleive are because of the way people go about doing it.

We go out on green lanes, so what? why should we be hiding the fact that we do. We have specalist play sites that we do what we wish on, hell so do most outdoor sites.

Camping in the New Forest is Illegal except on their own Sites. But we dont see camping mags pulling cover pphotos, campsite signs being torn down etc.

This is a complete overreaction, the Antis want this mentality and we are giving into it.
