Wow, if you puched a Teacher round here, weither it was during another fight or for the hell of it, you'd be out before you could say sorry...

It must be different for hitting teachers then... our eldest (12) got a pop bottle in the face, cut and black eye off another pupil during a lesson while the teacher was out of the classroom reprimanding another pupil.
His teacher think it's gone a bit far that the police want to prosecute the other child for common assault.
Seperately to this the teacher had put the class on 'class report' and told them any children whose name is written down more than three times will be getting a letter sent home to the parents.
So five parents have had a letter with photocopied pages telling them all about the behaviour and names of other children in the class and the last page states the name of the child who assaulted our eldest and that he was removed from the lesson for hitting another pupil with a bottle... something he's trying to deny apparently :shock:
Confidentiality Act... what's that then? :evil:

I've said it before, but I just DON'T like the sound of that school your son goes to Chris.
Bob's school has a no-nonsense discipline policy, especially when it comes to acts of violence - kid v kid included.
