New arches and seats!
« on: March 14, 2006, 20:06:15 »
Hi all. Been working on my project for some time now thought i would give a progress report!
Bought some trailer arches and welded them on,sorted out most of the body work now thinking of colours? fitted new bucket seats, Engine and gearbox in, and other things bent two downpipes now useless.
Ive been giving a mini petrol tank thinking about putting that in the back also making my own heavy duty front bumper
sorry no pics my photobucket is playing around

Something about it just begs fora dellboyesque 'Trotters Independant Traders' on the side. Must be the colour and shape of the back :)

Looking sweet though.
I must confess the the activities of the UK governments for the past couple of years have been watched with frank admiration and amazement by Lord Vetinari. Outright theft as a policy had never occured to him.

evilgoat ! that is exactly what i was thinking of! but hey its not finished yet the snorkle is on as i had to fabricate a plate with a pipe on it coming off from the su carb pics later. New rear lights and the seats are back in as the inside is nearly painted. thinking of spoa as those shackles are rather low but over all not bad
