I'm not in the know, but I do know that (cheaper than asking your solicitor) you can get a copy of the land registry file from here that will give you a whole host of info about ANY property, but obviously I'm aiming here at your own. If there are restrictive covenants that stop you doing 'stuff' they should be in this report (section 'C' I think) :wink:

They are £2 each I think.

Looking at the land registery thing on the plan it shows another building at the end of the garden which is attatched to the next door neighbours garage. Now there is a double drive way ie 1 car in front of the other and the 2nd space is where the garage looks like it should be.

Where would I stand on that one? Should the builders have built it? Would it be easy to get planning permission to have one built in the future? Have I found a neash in the house that could make me money?

Also I cant find anything that says anything about caravans or sign written vans. If anyone wants to read through I am sure that is allowed or is it not wise too let people read them? If they are on the internet for anyone to down load I guess it must be ok? some of the wording just baffles me too!!! but hey. It is actualy on the solicitors list of jobs she was gonna do and for double the money as well so I need to stop her from doing it.
