Dunno but it's bound to be cheaper than the air fair / petrol from Oz!
I'd guess it would reply on date of manufacture rather than registration, same line as tax exemption does for older tax exempt landies.

You're right. I already spend about £3000 a year on diesel (most of which is already TAX), why should I worry about another £35 (1% of my fuel bill)?
