I'm buying some parabolics, any advice you want to share?

Thats what I was going to suggest you do - just get the normal springs and new shocks, and keep them oiled up, should give perfectly good movement and soft ride - parabolics are considered so good because usually they are replacing 35 year old seized solid springs...
