I made the snorkel on my series land rover.  Probably no use for the disco but there is some info at http://www.landyworld.co.uk/diylandroversnorkel.htm

Looking to buy a disco now so I might be making another one soon!

i coppied disco chris after seeing his at www2 except i used a few pieces of drain pipe bends from air box through original hole in inner wing on to a piece of about 2" diameter semi flexible hose up to a defender 90 snorkel from rebels minus the wing plate, hole in wing carefully cut ( measure twice, cut once) up a piller - job done, looks great, less vunerable than a safari style one a and a dam site cheaper
