big problems ,over heating no power ,black smoke

just been out offroading and as soon as i went on the road it started getting slower loads of black smoke,and over heating ,i had the head gasket done 1k ago ,now for the interesting bit when i rev it the hose to the intake manifold sucks flat like its staving of air ..its a disco 200 tdi

It sounds as though either your intake is blocked, or if youve been offroad, it the intercooler blocked??

Check your air filter first.
