I really do live in an isolated area, 30 mile round trip to nearest supermarket, nearest petrol station is 9 miles away. Tiscali Broadband got BT to change the lines so that I could get broadband. It didnt cost me a penny, just had to wait for 3 weeks for the work to be done.
