If its a revesable direction check its engaging properly. The last I used had to fiddle with it to get it to engage then all power was let loose.

Just put it all away, cos it's getting dark and cold out (Yeah I know I'm a wimp)
I've dowsed it in oil today, and run it for about 5 minutes, to make sure the oil worked it's way into everything, made no difference.
Had a fiddle with the reverse thing, no difference at all.

can you post a pic pleas drum,inside the gun there is a barrel with say 6 plastic blades coming out like a big fan & on mine it can stick after w hile & the blades stay stuck in allowing the air to not spin it as hard
