Can anyone tell me the exact type of gas in the aircon of a disco. Mine needs regasing and a friend dose fridge work and can regas it if its the right gas.

Off hand I can't remember the name of the refridgerant gas, but I know it changed between the 200's and the 300's (most cars changed in 1995 ish), what age is your vehicle?

If no-one else knows I'll have a look under my bonnet later for you  :wink:

Its a 93. I can get it done at a garage but I would Have to pay. But the garage uses the same gas for all cars.

Mine was a borderline case as to which gas it was on (it's a 1995) but it turned out to be the newer style, so I'm afraid I can't help you.

The gas my friend has is something like "933" so I will keep looking.
