Following a hint from a member on here I have siliconed my cap on, not found deep enough water to test it out properly yet but it did wade better than it was doing, slightest splash before and I was stalled..

dont use silicone,use silicone grease as you can get the cap back off  :!:  :!:

only used a very tiny bead it'll be ok. :)

My v8 hates the wet :oops:
So if i spray the dizzy and leads in chain lube, it wont stall when every  time it see's a 2" puddle :shock:
