No! are you trying to sell something?
err yes sort of its a new mobile tariff/deal thing
so you dont actually have a parcel do you!
errr no not really
Goodbye...puts phone down
are these people crafty or what
TimM:
Well done for resisting =D>
V8MoneyPit:
On a similar note, we get the same phone call every January and it usually happens several times during January. Someone calls saying "Back in November you kindly agreed to donate to our charity in aid of 'whatever' and we are calling to confirm the details....." We have never agreed to donate to them and we have never even had a call from them in November... we only ever get the ones in January!
I think they rely on a large company with various departments thinking someone else has agreed to it. With only 2 of us working here, that simply doesn't work  I don't know if it a legitimate charity or not. But either way, it is a dubious way to extract money from people.
strapping young lad:
got a letter in the post saying something about a parcel require delivery
all it gave was a parcel number and a telephone number and a person to speak to
no company name or owt
weird
TONY78:
We got the same parcel delivery note, the number to call was £1.50 a min.
Needless to say we didn't bother
