From an emotional/aesthetic & audible aspect I've got to agree with the Merlin, but............. without the steam engine, none of the above would have happened.

No Industrial Revolution (or at the least, delayed by immeasurable decades?)

Answer; Having 4 starting up & then running at high RPM in front of you :D  :D  :D  :D  (& one in the air)
