Wes Hi,

I' ve done it on my 1993 model year Discovery 200Tdi and it involves the complete removal of the dashboard and some tweaking on the wiring loom and relays.

I have used a genuine LR A/C complete kit with very detailed instructions and it was not difficult to do it but nevertheless removing the dashboard leaves a lot of spaghetti (wires) to be rearranged.

On the 200Tdi generation of vehicles the complete heating/ventilation/fan motor assembly has to be swapped with the A/C one.
I do not know whether this is the case with the 300Tdi generation of vehicles though since they do have a completely different assembly.

Take care

Morroco, Dakar, South Africa, Australia.

It's another world.

Instead we get Mottingham and trips to Tixover or Devil's pit.
