Wheel Spacers? Why so expensive, cheaper alternative?

The "proper" ones are (or should be) TUV approved at a minimum... this means they have undergone some testing and have a chance of being safe !!

It's not the sort of thing I would want to buy "cheap" ;-)

I have got some 8 spokers but i would like an even bigger offset anyone know a place to get some wheels with a big offset, you only live once so what the hell with the costs of wheel spacers just whack some on with new bearings which i might consider doing.
