Just sent my docs off for my cat C provisional, depends on companies as to what price you pay for the course
Blue training in peterboro` £1160 for 5 day course.[ C ]
Apex in peterboro` £980 ish, again 5 day course.[ C ]
Sterling in Essex £949 4 day course [ C ] or combined Rigid/artic £1800, but sterling also do a finance package for all classes which seem pretty good [ Rigid + Artic £200 deposit then £81 per month.
As I am now out of work this deal seams the way to go for me, oh yeah they also have an insurance which you can buy for £ 200 which gives you 2 more chances at test.
Shop around, you might find better deals.

Went straight to Class 1 when I took mine.  5 day course, drove up in a mini.  a week later I was driving around in a 38 tonner! 8)

Maybe some things do change for the better? :?

Mind you, them were the days.  Throwing another hitch hiker on the fire to keep the boiler going...........great memories. :twisted:
