Worth it in the long run - even if it seems like hard work some times.  Thats why I'll have 2 mortgages from Friday......(Ulp!)

You seem to be looked upon as some sort of social missfit if you dont wanna get on "the housing ladder".
Up until 3 years ago I had been conditioned to the same thinking, and had bought; gained equity, bought; gained equity etc.
It seemed wherever I moved it was ok for a while, then went downhill very quickly;  and so I decided to sell and rent a place where I wanted to live and not where I could afford to buy.
We now live in a cottage just outside a village in Warks. The quality of life is 100x better and if I wanna move, I will, and not have to go through all that chain crap and stress.
I can highly reccomend it.

 they get to an age council  houses wont be around!Which means im kinda adding to the problem :cry: And my pollitics used to be very left wing which makes the hole process even more "strange"But like i said my needs are a bit more "Practical" than the issue of what colour my flag is.  :wink:
