My gut reaction is that you've done the right thing  :wink:

We can build more cars, comuters etc but we cannot create more land, so land is at a premium and prices keep going up and up and up and up and up and up and up and up and up and up and up and up and up and up and up and up and up and up and up and up and up and up.
