Hi Guys do you think 35/1050/16 tyres will be ok on a set of 16/10 wheels?? or should they be bigger????
Lee that is one school of thought. I dont think 2inches makes that much difference.
Depends really thou on the application, yes they may look skinny but they will be better in mud than a wider tyre.Lee D
wider tyre equals better footprint more tread on the ground and more grip on the road and in the mud

does a standard gearing disco with 33s fitted pull away ok?was planning this size tyres once ive lifted it

Lee , you need a bigger engine or a heavier right foot! As for wider tyres being worse on tarmac , how? F1 cars would all have pram tyres if what you are saying is true...maybe you should tell Shooey thats where he went wrong this season.Anyway enough of the mines better, luck is a major deciding factor a foot one way or another could spell disaster or triumph...or is that skill in reading the ground?
