why it's a good idea to fit inner tubes...
oakeedokee:
yes, Bronco Grizzly Claws. Interestingly, or maybe not to some of you, they performed as well as Jimbob's Simexes in those conditions yesterday (very wet and boggy, lots of slippery crushed reeds). (albeit his didn't come off the rims!)
Bulli:
And they are both equally bad ON road. Got rid of my grizzlies as i got fed up with the shackleton bomber soundtrack and horrific wet braking.
woodstock:
Befor I fitted beadlocks even at road pressures mud worked in to the bead slowly letting air out over a long period. Then the rim corrodes and it get harder to keep air in. Big tyres seem to be more prone to dismount them selves. One off roader lost three 33x15 in less than an hour. The problem is down to following deep ruts made by vehicles with narrower track. It's better at taking tyres of than the machine at the tyre service

I think mine play the B side - the Avro Lancaster!
rollazuki:
I have to admit, my Anacondas fell onto the rim at only about 3 psi pressure, and back off again off road at about 12 psi!!
They seem a ....slack.....fit.
I forgive them tho, cos they grip like a [!Expletive Deleted!] in mud!
Maybe worth gettin some bead sealant and running a smear round the beads before re-seating them.
