cos they got rapids! ;)

the one in penrith DID have rapids but it was hurting too many people so they shut it down (BOO! :( )

the lip that you had to go over was too high and vertical so you would bang your knees agains the wall as you tried to go down the next section

dont remember the one in sherwood cos i aint been since 2001 but went to longleat recently and it was fab

Try Longleat ... the lodges on the far side of the park are about a 45 minute walk from the main center!

yeh we stayed in lodge 500 and if it wasnt for the land train (trailers pulled by a 110) it would have been a good walk to the centre!
