It's a Land Rover thing!

Girlfriend borrowed the Discovery today, just phoned to say she can't get used to having to wave at other Land Rover users. Apparently a 'kitted out' Defender towing Xmas trees just went past with someone waving frantically and she thought something must be up with the car. That's until she remembered that she was in my car and that, as she puts it...........

'it's a Land Rover thing!'   :)

It must have been because the girlfriend was driving the Disco  :wink: , it's very rare you get a wave from other Disco drivers let alone drivers of Defender's (that is unless you're mud-club badged)

with pick ups its usually a quick scowl, particularly if you have the biggest wheels/most spotlights :lol:

I agree Disc drivers unless there into 4x4 dont generally wave at each other ,lets all start, it ll make a lot of people happy, ........... :shock:

I'm always waving at folk. Most other disco drivers (if they notice) seem to think I'm a wierdo.
