Thanks, I hope you liked it, let me know your favourites.
There's a few of Bishop Burton & Market Weighton on there.
It was quite late when I took those, so (sadly) decided against continuing onto Beverly for the North-Bar, the old convent & the Minster.
Couldn't remember how far it was from Bishop Burton as well :oops:
I'll make time to go.
There's about 2years worth of work on there, for example; When I went to Bishop B, I took over 100 images between leaving & returning home, I think about 10-15 were used - I'm a bit picky what I use :oops:
--- Quote from: "Tailendcharley" ---you certainly know your way around computers...I'm still at the bottom of the learning curve and just look enviously at your computer skills... :( :( Billy no Mates :( :(

Me? Computer skills :(biglaugh): :(biglaugh): :(biglaugh): :(biglaugh):
That's a bit like stating that a Bream can ride a Bike :roll:
Sorry, of course I know lots :^o :^o

Oh, I'm still giggling at your assumptions :(biglaugh): :(biglaugh):
It made my day, just like today when I gave my site address to one of the Charge-Nurses & he said;
"Ooh aren't we clever!, being able to set up your own web-site"
Oh yeah!?, as Wayne Campbell once said; "And Monkeys might fly out of my butt"

We can tell, there is not a bad shot amongst them :D
KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK :wink:

Well there is, but they're probably the scanned images, which are dependant on the print quality (plus it was my old decrepit scanner, not the new one)
Some are excludable on technical merit/framing issues, but I've decided that the subject matter overrules that factor
I do however try to use a striking image (be it due to colours, or whatever) to start each album
I could name some bad ones (in my opinion);
Out of focus
Too dark (scanned print)
Out of focus (scanned print)
Out of focus (scanned print & a definate colour cast)
too bright & poor framing
.............................. You get the idea :oops: :wink: :roll:
I still (after all this time) sometimes treat the digital camera as thought it's on 35mm & only take a couple of images.
Why? I don't know, as it's got enough memory for 1,130 images :lol:
These are probably some of my favourite images
HolmeMoss snowy sunset (it's a wonderful location as well)
Millenium Sheep (makes you simply smile)
Devils Bridge (legend meets beauty)
Walton Canal (because it's not the thing that manypeople would notice, even locals)
MarketHall Interior (beautiful Victorian cast-iron)
Cad Beeston (so unexpected, as it's surrounded by countless late 19th & early 20th century terrace housing)
Victoria Cross plaque (what do I need to say?)
Returning To Nature (it looks like it belongs there)
Sorry to drag it on, but it's taken me a lot of miles & a long time to gather them to share with you all :oops:

I stick to my original suggestion that they are all good, everybody has the odd bad shot, so your pictures are still good in my eyes :wink:
