Things are coming to a head, ever since I had this PC problem, I've been on 'borrowed time'.
Now I keep getting the pop-up about the network I'm connected to is closing down & I'll hazzard a guess at Wed 30th November?

So with a PC that absolutely refuses to upload the new modem drivers I'm basically stuffed!!!

It gives me; 'BitMap Error'


Oh well, it's been good fun on here :wink:

The original 'I Might Be Gone A While' was due to our house move in May 2004

Richard, do you use any of the AOL specific stuff? If not, you should seriously consider finding a new ADSL / Broadband supplier! Just not BT :wink:  (my personal opinion)

My suggestion would be Eclipse Internet :)
