Any interest in a 4x4 European holiday?

Would there be any interest in a 4x4 holiday next summer, somewhere in Europe?

Anything from a long weekend to a 1 or 2 week jobby!

Assuming we've sold the house in Kent, & that SWMBO has had an op she's waiting for.

I was gobsmacked the other day when I suggested the other day that we could go around the world in the 2A and she took the suggestion well!!

I owuld certainly be intrested, any ideas on destination? If the Alps then i needs to be a week at least just for the traveling, with the V8 i could do with finding work along the way just for the fuel bill!!!

i was looking into going norway in august up to the arctic circle to tromso, camping along the way. the ferry from newcastle to burgen cost £350 for four with cabin and thats with a landy 109. :lol:

It's completely open at the moment!

Obviously, a long weekend would need to be somewhere in Northern Europe. As you say, to do the Alps, it needs to be a week if not two.

The first thing I wanted to do was guage interest and start a bit of discussion. The fine tuning and decision making can come later! Of course, it doesn't have to be just one trip!? :wink:
