I know mischief has always been there but I think now the problem is that children are being taught or getting wise to the details of the law at such a young age.  While this can not be a bad thing, when a young teenager starts at you telling you what you can or can't do (according to the law), nowadays in the climate of litigation you are more likely to just leave it.  Ultimately I don't think there is much you can do but learn what you can or can't do but to do this properly you really need the motivation of someone who can be bothered to sit and read the details of the law.  Anyway loosing track, just remember that you are lawfully alowed to use reasonable force to protect your property (this does not mean you belt the living cr*p out of a person slashing your tyres), but as long as you can justify your actions with a clear conscience you should be OK.......SHOULD.  Do you still want to risk it?

The only other solution is to move to a remote island where there are no kids to bother you :(  :(  :(  :(  :(
