I'm going to suggest drastic surgery, the stub axle is almost certianly b***ered if it's got that hot, as soon as the bearing starts to spins it wrecks the stub, so cut it off. You need to get to the stub axle mounting bolts and that means the hub must come off to get to them so you may have to scrap the hub too, hopefully you can recover the disk. Buy a scrap hub and stub axle, the rear hubs should fit the front but not the stubs.
If it was the inner bearing that was stuck you could pull the thing apart but if it's the first one, the outer as it sounds, I think you're fighting a loosing battle.
Anyway, the nuts are common as muck, try a breakers for an axle end though.
