Bush Tucker Man:
'Gas' Prices

One in Oklahoma states that it's $1.91 in some stations
That's just over £1.09 a (US) gallon

I posted (in US $) how much it is here & could hear jaws dropping at this distance

Sheddy:
Should have heard the Yanks when I told them we need a licence for a television ... they answered "why, you gonna kill someone with it?"

Arightpest:
love it   :(biglaugh):  :(bloodshot):  :(biglaugh):  :(mad):

Miniman:
Funny you dont get to many yanks visit UK.... Cant understand why... They be skint in 2 days. They got it made out there.

V8MoneyPit:
We are close to 2 USAF bases and get many customers from them. They get their fuel on base because it is at a lower duty rate than out in the 'real' UK. They complain because it is expensive compared with back home, but is still about a 3rd cheaper than the std UK prices.

It is genuine fear in their faces when they realise they haven't got enough 'gas' to get back to base.......
