Lights - what lights?

Can anyone give advice on headlight upgrade options for a 92 Disco 200Tdi, Had bit of a shock when I took it out after dark or the first time!

I think they can be upgraded to the 300 lights - sure it's been discussed on here before...

Had a quick search and found this post http://forums.mud-club.com/viewtopic.php?t=1112 which mentions upgrading to 300 lights & more.
