Hi lift Jack down position?

(1/4) > >>

Barry Scott:
Ok, got through some stuff I ordered from Devon 4x4 (great service and quick delivery) but I cannot work out how to lower my hi-lift jack.

Help!!!!

Lol, any help will be greatly appreciated.

Have a look here....

or here: http://www.expeditionexchange.com/hilift/instructions.htm

Make sure you know how to use your highlift correctly - as they can be very dangerous  :!:  :!:  :!:

Barry Scott:
Ta, I have had a read but have no idea how to move the reversing latch into the down position.

Porny:
just push down.... quite firmly

Will need weight on the jack for it 'to walk down' when you pump the handle.

I'd be inclined to find someone local to you to give you a demonstration. They really are lethal if you get it wrong.
They are fine if you know what you are doing.

New ones can be a bit stiff at first.
