Rogers Of Bedford, the big independant LR dealer own, or used to own, 'K9 MUD'
They had it on a 90-V8 50th Anniversary for a while.

We have a local transport company called 'Woody's', mostly 6 and 8 wheel tipper trucks. Just about every truck has a MUD registration.

Was it a 50th Anniversary model?

If so here it is,  photographed at Piece Hall in 2001 (or 2002)

Think it's the same family that own the 'scratch- built' child sized Series 1 'TOR1A'

From memory Andy, they live in either Bradford or Halifax.

So if it was heading towards Hollins Hill, were they going home?

just for interest sake the UD in the older style plates shows the veihcle was origionaly registered at the dvla offices in OXFORD.other letter combinations for oxford were FC  BW.SWINDON was the home for the AM plates causing the arrival of jam, sam, lam and other such words.
this is the sort of useless information a 10 year old boy living on a farm on the borders of OXFORDSHIRE and NORTHAMPTONSHIRE aquires when there is only tractors, cattle and corn to talk to.(no brothers only 3 sisters).the nearest village was 3/4 of a mile away
