classic, how much worth?
« on: May 26, 2008, 19:16:16 »
hi,

me mate has a 1992 range rover classic. v8 3.9. runs prety well, can be a little tempramental on idle. it has a single point gas system on it that work perfectly. has tax but no MOT.

the bad part is the sills are kaput, also realy the inner sills. it will probly fail the MOT (i no as long as its not rusted near the chassis mounting points and the seatbelt mounting points, i havent relly looked, but im sure it wont be long till it needs repairing, it was an advisery for the last MOT)

how much would you say it is worth?
would i be better to split the gas system from it? and how much would i get for it?

cheers

Not very much at the moment, saw a couple in the local free ads recently for about £400 and one of those had an LPG kit on it.
