300 Cylinder head
« on: May 09, 2008, 18:12:54 »
I have Just had my head pressure tested and it porous, was quoted £500 to replace

Is it worth getting a recon one? or should I get new?

Cheers

Who sells re-con 300TDi cylinder heads?  I bought a complete head from Turners, which comes with the valves etc and is vaccuum tested. You can buy bare heads with just the valve guides for less than £300 though.
