Can some please enlioghten me as to what the firing order on an 8v 1.6 is please..... i thought i had all the leads in the right place.... it would seem not!! i do know which is no1 tho!!
gone from 200tdi.... to 300tdi... still with loads done to it, in fact, even more than the last truck...LOL!!!

All Suzuki's are 1-3-4-2 , regardless of wether they are 8 or 16v.

yep 1,3,4,2, front to back.
but if you are trying to time it up it might be 180 degrese out??
i,e, TDC will be on number 4 not mumber 1.

Sorted now, all the previous 4 cylinders motors i've worked on have been 1342, hence two leads were wrong.....
gone from 200tdi.... to 300tdi... still with loads done to it, in fact, even more than the last truck...LOL!!!
