£36000.... and it's still an Astra.... and it's still slow (even slower with the three tonne of plastic!), handles like a barge and doesn't stop that well (sounds a bit like a LR  :D )

What's the point???

For that sort of money you could get a Porsche 911 Twin Turbo.  Now that's fast (I couldn't stop laughing when I went in my mates), actually handles, is easy to insure... and more of a fanny magnet!!! - unless your trying to attact 16/17 year Chav'etts??

Each to their own I suppose....

Ian

I dont know why you lot are so anti this car. IT has class, style, sleak, quality about every inch of it.

Oops I clicked on the wrong window. That was the Landy I was looking at earlier

I have seen it has been with drawn from ebay now. Wonder if some sad muppet with far too much money has bought it?

When I was a student in Ubbridge there was a custom car shop in Hayes town centre called 'Ed Turner's Unusual Autos', except we called it Ed Turner's Dangerous Autos.  Some fo the stuff they did to modify cars was just unsafe.
