dont think so, as the CV joints are bigger than the UJ type things on a standard series
this means that the swivels were bigger inside.

i think, i can have a look at a parts book tonight, to see if the part numbers match.
series 3 - 200tdi

wouldnt have thought LR would make a different axle casing just to put cv joints in.
but could be wrong ( just my luck).

it would be interesting to see if part no. are different.

ah, now... the axle casing might be the same as a standard 109" front axle.  It'll definitely be different from the stub axles outwards

that would be great if that was the case, i could buy your axle ( if you will sell it of course), and rebuild mine from it with out taking my axle back off the car.(hate doing a job twice or even three times as i seem to be doing)

I put Stage 1's complete on my swb IIa. Had to relocate the rear spring pads but other than that it was a simple as finding the right U bolts to fit (new). I think Three trips to LRS got it sorted. I'd do the same again... drop the front spring mount and undo the U bolts.. sorted.

I got them for the higher ratio diffs and the better 11 inch brake drums.

I was running a 4.2 XK Jag lump on a 3 speed auto box at the time all from an XJ6 fastened to the transfer box with a (no longer available) ashcroft conversion. The conversion was intended for the auto but with a sd1 rover unit on.  :D

Jag lump died but the 3 speed auto is still in and now has a SD1 V8 strapped to it. Sadly the Chassis now needs replacing  ](*,)  but I'll get it done along with a galv bulkhead and should have a good many years out if it yet.

Not a clue.. everything on mine is Stage 1, Axles complete with Diffs, half shafts, hubs the whole lot.

I would guess so. I have fitted Series FWH's on the front , not many stage 1's with them on    dunno how many splines they have though, I've  slept a bit since then.
