Title: Homemade lift
Post by: Mule on May 30, 2005, 08:20:24
Hi all, newbie question here!
I have a Vitara which I'm going to make a bog basher out of, doing this on a  very tight budget, so, I'm looking to lift the suspension about 2",dose anyone know of springs that will fit, of a van perhaps? also shocks, I don't want to buy new, yet, and will be cutting bumpers etc off for more approch and departure angles, so pretty isn't an issue!!

I have a set of Iron man lifted springs, rear spring spacers, front strut spacers, that I have just taken of mine, and a rear axle fitted with detroit locker, and a standard rear axle.
Was going to put on ebay but PM if interested.
They are all surplus as I have fitted Toyota axles front and rear with a 12" lift

Cheers
Steve
