Agreed. I just checked every other week or so to see whether the site had been rebooted and found it live again yesterday. Maybe a mention on the Facebook group would help?

Link externally - there is "help" at the top - next to the "forum" button :)

Avatars - you can pick from the ones on the server, or link externally again - make sure your link to a pic ends in .gif, .jpg or .png

Everything seems to working just fine for me.
New look is pleasing on the eye and the link features to Facebook & Twitter are cool (if thats your thing)

Not many peeps on at the present time, never known the sections so quiet.

Defender section nothing for 5 days!!

Do we know how many peeps have returned?

And for some reason the slide at the side in my browser doesnt work on this site, only if i hold the down/up arrow; but not the slider!!!

in't there a way to email members to say forum back online? as I foudn by accident and pm couple others to wake them up to as they had pm/email notification on.   ....or maybe you did send out emails to some  .... *paranoia*

There are far too many invalid email addresses sadly. Even some of the more active posters have addresses that don't exist. I don't understand why people do that, but it essentially means we can't mass mail, as all we essentially get is a flooded "bounce" mailbox :(

However - in the interests of all - I will try again ;-)

Well I just got an e-mail from mud-club to say it's back online, which was nice, because I had completely given up.................

Me too!

I had given up all hope.

However, it doesn't on the face of it appear user friendly - whats the plan with the creation of individual areas/sections?

ETA - Just sussed it!

Email worked with me too so many thanks Neil. I've moved to the central region of France and doing guided 4x4 tours round the area but will need new mud club stickers for the cars. Are they still available?

One thing. I surf on my android 2.2 powered phone and everything works apart from the who's online/ faceache/ Twitter banner which floats randomly about usually in the middle of text. Can it be nailed to the page bottom like it used to be?

Neither the slide or the arrows will scroll the page on my laptop...fortunately the little gizmo on the side of the mouse pad is letting me move the page ?
