i have a question for other early disco drivers, do you get stared at a lot by pedestrians and other road users? only within a mile yesterday i caught atleast 30 folk giving me a a good hard look. i know i need to wash magic but it is only motorway muck not half of yorkshire.
or is it that i am a big lad with no hair?

Nah, ignore them their just jealous your having/had so much fun

what andy said lol, tho people where i live all drive boring fords so anything different gets a stare
-
I've seen my Disco get that reaction from small children in car parks. Generally they look impressed while their parents attempt to hurry them away from the evil muddy 4x4!
You do get very pointedly examined by Forestry Commission bods if you park anywhere near their precious woodlands (in a public car park!) but that seems to go for all 4x4s.

Only ever had 1 person give me [-X [-X when I parked in my usual spot at work, with all the repmobiles and visitors after off roading the muck on my car is the same as my avatar as it was the following day.
One person even ask if i could move it as it was outside her office window. I just locked it and went to my store.

thats normal loads of people stare at mine and its usually in disgust as its very loud, its especialy entertaining round morrisons car park , so i rev the tits off it and watch loads of shopping bags hit the floor, i just cant help myself, even the wife has started doing it when she drives it. my gaffer moans a lot when its covered in mud but to be fair he lets me use the works jet wash so i can leave all the mud there
-
ive been growled at a few times for leaving mud on the road and flicking it up off my tyres  :-# oops :police:
-
they know snow is coming and they wish they had a 4x4!
