Title: Is Toyota stud pattern the same as a ford ranger please

As above just wondered if anyone out there can tell me if Toyota wheels will fit a ford ranger

im sure they r mate the ranger is a mazda truck underneath i cant say that they well fit but i dont really c y not only thing i guess is measure the stud differences if thats possible to be on the safe side
