Title: Propshafts TD5 & TDi

Hi All
Just a quick one.
Are the propshaft flanges on a TD5 the same as the Tdi,s.

yup, just td5 disco front output flange on the t/box if different

AFAIK yes and the TD5 front geabox flange will retro-fit the LT230

LT230 transfer box flanges, yep have swapped out the larger output flange off a TD5 disco tranny and replaced with a defenders from a 200tdi tranny myself. In fact the whole front output shaft housing including the shaft can also be retro fitted, had to do that to covert the box to mechanical speedo drive because the disco box didn't have any speedo pick at all (speed sensor on the abs system instead)
