My clutch appears to be planning to join the choir eternal in the near future (slipping, plus 122k on it so suspect it's giving me fair warning before letting go).
What brand of replacement should I be looking for? I'll definitely be adding a reinforced clutch fork and will ask the garage to fit a new release bearing at the same time.
The only one I know to avoid at all costs is the Britpart...

Go for B&B or power train i think they might be now called?
-
B&B would be Borg and Beck right? Just thinking if the garage offers me two brands I want to know which to pick. Given the hassle involved in having it sorted I'd rather do it once and have it last the next 122k!

Valeo are the OEM for LR clutches, you can get the heavy duty version (fitted to 130's) which are supposedly a little easier on the knee joint
-
Just dont go for btit part and stay way clear of QH because i snapped 3 of them!!!
-
AP are BORG AND BECK, get a kit.
-
AP driveline, B&B and Valeo are all good.

SECOND THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
