Title: disco 2 leaking in head lineing soaking

please help my head lineing is soaking around the rear view mirror ever time i think ive fixed it  6 months later it rains in again but every time i go in search of this alusive leak i never really find anything that looks like its the leak im getting to the point of siliconin round the trim and then siliconing the glass shut 
chears for any help

Mine had a slight leak in this area as well, I applied some black silicone around the sunroof frame & the roof skin after giving it all a good clean & 6 months on after all the rain, snow & ice it has been dry :clap:

I have never had to deal with this but If I did I would pop the seal of around the sun roof and give it a good clean and then put some gassket sealer along the grove before replacing.

sorted it now sealed round the trim to the body with black silicone and blew the drain tubes out  left it over night in the garage  got up this morn put the hose pipe on it still leaking in round the rubbers so i thought stuff it seal the glass shut (i never use them anyway) waiting till sunday morn to cheack it again

i sealed the glass shut in wifes disco never a prob since like you we never use sun roof anyway most got air con,
any way when ot was open twice i think the sun was toooo warm on my shaved head
