What is this warning light??

its on a Range Rover 4.2 V8 LSE 1992 (K)

Traction control.  It uses the BAS system and locks up the 2 back wheels to aid traction.  You should run a diagnostic on the ABS system to find faults, the TC has an extra valve block bolted onto the main ABS master cylinder, on the LSE it's standard.

Also check the ABS light is working properly.  The TC light comes on when the system is intervening, it comes on as a test but normally goes off before the ABS light IIRC.
